Everywhere.  Everyday.

Since its founding in 1955, the Greater Gulf State Fair has tried to be true to its motto – “the Community Showcase of the Gulf Coast.”

We have always tried to present the “best” that our area has to offer.  That applies to our exhibits, our agricultural shows, our midway, our food concessionaires, and our entertainment.

During the 80’s and 90’s, the Fair filled the entertainment gap by bringing in touring artists.  The result was the presentation of a few “big names,”  the cost of which forced us to leave the Grandstand dark during the majority of the Fair.  That market (touring artists) is now being served by other venues in our community.

In keeping with our new slogan of “Something for Everyone,”  the Fair has chosen to return to its roots – presenting more family entertainment – everyday.  Everywhere.

In 2007, you will find continuous entertainment for the entire family – no matter which day you choose to come to the Fair!

THE BUDWEISER ENTERTAINMENT AREA:
Constant FREE family entertainment with rotating acts, including the BUDWEISER GRANDSTAND performances, taking place all day, everday.
